Information Collection and Use
treeheadart.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. We collect information from our customers to process orders and serve them with any other information explicitly requested. Information collected includes customer name, billing address, shipping address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as a credit card number. In addition customers may elect to provide us with a password, linked to their email address, to easily access their account information during checkout. (Please DO NOT share your password with anyone.) If a customer explicitly elects to receive sales or other information from us, their contact information will be used for the delivery of this information. All customer information collected during the order checkout process is kept secure in databases located in the United States. Customer contact information is only used to facilitate orders, or to communicate with our customers about their orders. Customer information is also collected if we are contacted by email or using our Contact Form, but that information is only used to communicate with our customers as necessary to answer questions and to deliver any other information explicitly requested by our customers. Customer email addresses and other contact information are never sold, shared, or rented and will be released only as required by Danish law, or a Danish law enforcement agency. Credit card numbers arenever retained in our database. Therefore, a customer still must input a credit card number and expiration date each time they place an order.
